Welcome to Training.Part-IS.eu, a website operated by RainingBits LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing individual or group access to training programmes from our website. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and use of online training courses (“Courses”) delivered through Training.Part-IS.eu and accessed using a Part-IS.eu user account.

1.2 By purchasing or accessing any Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the licensing rules governing your use of Course content and supporting materials.

1.3 These Terms form the entire agreement governing the purchase and use of Courses unless superseded by a separate written agreement with RainingBits LTD.

2. Account Registration and Access

2.1 All users must hold a valid Part-IS.eu account to access Courses.
Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and must contain accurate personal information.

2.2 Access to a purchased Course is granted immediately upon successful payment and remains available indefinitely (“lifetime access”), including after completion and issuance of a certificate.

2.3 Login credentials must not be shared. RainingBits LTD reserves the right to suspend accounts where credential sharing or other improper access is suspected.

3. Course Purchase and Group Licences

Individual Purchases

3.1 When purchasing an individual licence, access is granted solely to the individual whose account is used to complete the purchase.

Group Licences

3.2 A group licence may be purchased by a designated Group Leader, who will be provided with an administration area for inviting and assigning licences to individual learners.

3.3 Once a learner has been assigned a licence and has begun the Course, the licence cannot be reassigned or transferred to another user.

3.4 Group licences are for the internal training needs of the purchasing organisation only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or used for any external commercial or training activity.

3.5 Certificates issued to group learners are tied to individual user accounts containing correct personal details. RainingBits LTD is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect information provided by the learner or Group Leader.

4. Delivery of Course Content

4.1 Courses are delivered exclusively online through the Training.Part-IS.eu LMS platform.

4.2 A “modern” browser with JavaScript enabled is required.
While mobile devices are supported, performance and compatibility may vary depending on device, network conditions, and security restrictions.

4.3 RainingBits LTD cannot guarantee Course functionality when the platform is accessed through corporate VPNs, firewalls, or restrictive endpoint security configurations outside our control.

5. Licensing and Use of Course Content

5.1 Courses and all associated materials—including videos, text, graphics, downloadable PDFs, and supporting resources—are licensed, not sold.

5.2 You may use Course content solely for your own personal learning (individual licence) or the internal organisational learning of your employees (group licence).

5.3 You may not:

5.5 All intellectual property rights in Courses remain the exclusive property of RainingBits LTD.

6. Cooling-Off Period, Refunds, and Cancellations

Individual Purchases

6.1 Under UK consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period beginning on the date of purchase.

6.2 However, by accessing (streaming or viewing) any part of the Course during this period, you expressly waive your right to a refund.


Accessing any module, video, or learning material constitutes the start of digital content delivery and makes the purchase non-refundable.

6.3 If you do not access any part of the Course, you may request a cancellation within 14 days by contacting [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Group Purchases

6.4 For group licences, the cooling-off period ends at whichever occurs first:
a) expiry of the statutory 14-day period; or
b) the moment any user within the group accesses any portion of the Course.

6.5 Once the cooling-off period has ended, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including unused or unassigned licences.

7. Course Completion and Certificates

7.1 Certificates of completion are issued automatically once all modules—including embedded knowledge checks—are completed.

7.2 Knowledge checks have no passing mark; users may repeat them as needed.

7.3 Certificates are issued to the name associated with the user’s account.
Users and Group Leaders are responsible for ensuring personal details are correct before completion.

8. Platform Availability and Force Majeure

8.1 RainingBits LTD strives to provide continuous availability of the Training.Part-IS.eu platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8.2 Maintenance windows or unexpected outages may occur. Reasonable steps will be taken to minimise disruptions.

8.3 RainingBits LTD shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Liability

9.1 Training content is provided for general educational purposes. No specific outcomes or compliance guarantees are implied.

9.2 RainingBits LTD is not responsible for:

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at:

10.2 Personal information is used solely for account creation, Course delivery, certificate issuance, and essential administrative communication.

10.3 We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or necessary for Course delivery (e.g., hosting providers).

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
